A question with enough detail usually gets answered the same day. One without it usually gets a request for more detail, and then goes quiet.
Include what you were trying to do, what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. If there was an error message, paste the whole thing rather than describing it.
Search before you post. Most questions here have been asked, and the existing thread often has more context than a new one would.
