Summary Company Structure is in the System Administration menu, which only administrators see. It holds the shape of the company that PaT uses to hand out training. Its Dept. & Roles tab reads from left to right: a department, its job titles, the roles linked to a job title, the people with that job title, and one person's modules.
Steps
Step 1
On your dashboard, open System Administration and click Company Structure. It opens below the tiles, on the Dept. & Roles tab.
Step 2
Department lists the company's departments, each with its head of department (HOD). Use the plus icon to add a department, the edit icon to rename one and the minus icon to delete one.
Step 3
Click a department to see its job titles under Job Title. Use the plus icon to add a job title, and the edit or minus icon beside one to rename or delete it.
Step 4
Click a job title. Linked role shows the roles linked to it, and the plus icon (add a role link) links another one. Modules are assigned to roles, so the people with this job title are given the modules of its linked roles.
Step 5
People shows the users with that job title. Use search for user to find a person to add.
Step 6
Click a person to see their modules under modules. Use search for module to give that person a module directly.
Step 7
The tabs along the top also hold Branches/Sites (modules for a site or a country), Process Categories, add new user, add new company and the organigram (the org chart).
