Summary Any note in an SD can be turned into a task. Click the checkbox icon at the right end of the note's row, and confirm that you wish to convert the note to an Action Point, that is, a task. The Edit Task panel then opens for the newly created task, so you can set its due date and assignee and save it. It is a quick way to turn notes into actionable tasks.
Steps
Step 1
Open the SD and find the note you want to convert. At the right end of the note's row, click the checkbox icon (a tick in a box), just to the left of the paperclip. A Confirmation box opens in the middle of the screen.
Step 2
The box asks you to confirm that you wish to convert this note to an Action Point. Click OK. The note becomes a task, and the Edit Task panel slides in on the right of the screen for the newly created task.
Step 3
The panel shows the new task's details. Its Task Description holds the note's text, and its Parent SD is the SD the note was in. Adjust the Due Date and Assignee as needed, then click Save, at the bottom left of the panel, to update the task.
