Summary You can drag a section header to a new place in an SD. If the section has notes under it, there is a trick to moving it. While the section is expanded and its notes are exposed, the header moves on its own and leaves the notes behind. Collapse the section first, then move the header: the header and its notes then move together as a complete unit.
Steps
Step 1
In the SD, find the section header you want to move. A section header that has notes under it has a small arrow at the left end of its row, just to the right of the three short lines. When the arrow points up, the section is expanded and its notes are exposed under the header. When it points down, the section is collapsed and its notes are hidden.
Step 2
Check which way the arrow points before you move the header. If the section is expanded and you drag the header, it moves on its own and leaves the notes behind: they stay where they were, under the section header above them.
Step 3
To move the entire section (the header and its notes), first collapse the section: click the arrow at the left end of the header's row. The notes are hidden, and the arrow now points down.
Step 4
Click and hold the section header's row, to the right of its title, then drag it to its new place and let go. Its notes move with it.
Step 5
Click the arrow again to expand the section. Its notes are exposed under the header, in its new place.
