Summary SD Form Responses, on an SD's Advanced tab, lists every response to that SD's form in a grid: one row per response and one column per field. You can search, filter and sort it, open any response, and export it.
Steps
Step 1
Open the SD that has the form, and click its Advanced tab.
Step 2
In the menu on the left, under PaT BI, click SD Form Responses.
Step 3
The Form Responses grid has one row per response. There's a column for each field on the form, then Created_At, Created_By, Modified_At and Modified_By. "No data to display" means nobody has filled in the form yet.
Step 4
A field that has been deleted from the form keeps its column, with "(deleted)" after its name, so earlier answers aren't lost.
Step 5
To find responses, type in "Type here to search within data...".
Step 6
To filter or sort by one column, click the three dots in its header ("Sort and filter options"). Under Filter, enter a value and choose a Filter Type, such as Contains. Under Sort, click Sort A-Z or Sort Z-A. Click the cross to close the menu.
Step 7
Click View at the start of a row to open that response in a new browser tab.
Step 8
To export, click Export, then choose Export Current Page (the rows on screen) or Export All Data (every response).
Step 9
Click the refresh arrow at the top right to load the latest responses.
