Summary Module Admin, in the Learning Management System (LMS) menu, is where modules are found and managed. Only SOPPaC Designers can open it. It lists every module by process category, with filters, a chart of their state, and the buttons to preview, publish, edit and archive each one.
Steps
Step 1
On your dashboard, open Learning Management System (LMS) and click Module Admin. If you are not a SOPPaC Designer, PaT says the feature is only available to SOPPaC Designers.
Step 2
On the left, filter by Module Type (SOP, Policies, Concepts, H&S_Policies, H&S_SOPs, Customer/Other, Archived or 3rd Party) and by Process Owner.
Step 3
The chart shows the share of modules that are public, sandbox, incomplete or ideas.
Step 4
The list groups the modules by process category, with each module's id, name, content owner, role and when it was last saved. Use search to find one.
Step 5
On each row, the question mark previews the quiz (dark grey means the module has no quiz yet) and the page icon previews the document.
Step 6
The tick box shows whether the module is public.
Step 7
The magic pen opens the module in the Module Publisher (see How to build modules in the Module publisher).
Step 8
The minus archives the module: it moves to the PAT department with the role archived, and you can put it back on a department and role at any time.
Step 9
Modules of the type Customer/Other are set up per customer company: see Customer-specific training: setting it up.
