Summary Traffic light progress is a simple way to show the status of a task in an SD. A coloured circle on the task's row shows where it is up to: green means done, orange means almost done and red means not yet started. To change the status, click the circle and choose a new colour.
Steps
Step 1
Open the SD that holds the task. The task's traffic light is the coloured circle at the left of its row, just to the right of the date under Date Raised.
Step 2
The colour of the circle shows the task's status: - Green: done. - Orange: almost done. - Red: not yet started.
Step 3
To change the status, click the circle on the task's row. The SD Status colour update box opens over the SD.
Step 4
The box shows the current colour as a large circle on the left, and the three colours as bars on the right: green at the top, orange in the middle and red at the bottom. Click the bar for the new status, for example orange when the task is almost done.
Step 5
The box closes, and the circle on the task's row changes to the new colour. You can click the circle to change it again at any time.
