LMS Feedback: learner ratings and comments

Summary Feedback, in the Learning Management System (LMS) menu, shows how learners rate the modules and what they say about them. Comments such as needs updating tell module authors what to fix.

Steps

Step 1

On your dashboard, open Learning Management System (LMS) and click Feedback.

Step 2

Each module that learners have rated is listed with its average rating.

Step 3

Click a module to see each rating, with the date and the person, under Ratings, and each comment under Comments.

Step 4

Pass comments that ask for changes to the module's author, so the module stays correct.
