Summary The owner of an SD makes changes to it in the SD Settings panel. From the panel, the owner can change the SD's title and its owner, enter a form link for Global Search, assign a parent SD, archive or unarchive the SD, block embedded SD drilldown, and use the template helper and auto-archive functions. Changes are saved with the Update button.
Steps
Step 1
Open the SD. In the members list under the SD's title, one member's picture has a blue dot at its top right. The dot shows that this member is the owner of the SD. Click the blue dot: the SD Settings panel slides out on the left of the screen.
Step 2
The SD Settings button opens the same panel. It is the first button in the row of grey buttons under the purple buttons, just left of Advanced.
What the SD owner can change
Step 3
The panel is where you, as the SD owner, can make changes to the SD. To change the SD's title, edit the text in Title, at the top of the panel.
Step 4
To change the SD owner, choose the new owner from the SD Owner drop-down list, under the title.
Step 5
In Form Link for Global Serach, under SD Owner, you can enter a link to a form. Then, when users want to find the form connected to the SD, they can search for it in their Global Search. The How to make form templates live for everyone to use module covers form links in more detail.
Step 6
To assign a parent SD to the SD, choose it from the Parent Strategy Document drop-down list.
Step 7
To archive the SD, click Archive SD. To unarchive an archived SD, click UnArchive SD, beside it.
Step 8
To block embedded SD drilldown, tick the Block Embedded SD Drilldown box, under the archive buttons.
Step 9
To edit the template helper functions, click Template Helper functions, under the tick box. A smaller panel opens over the SD Settings panel.
Step 10
In the smaller panel, you can remove comments, remove files and remove hidden rows. Tick the boxes you want (Remove Comments, Remove Files, Remove Hidden Rows), then click Submit. The x at the top left of the smaller panel closes it. The SD Template Helper Functions module covers these functions in more detail.
Step 11
To edit the auto-archive functions, click Auto-Archive functions, under Template Helper functions. A smaller panel opens.
Step 12
In it, you can enable auto archive every 24 hours: under Enable Auto-Archive (every 24 Hrs), choose Active instead of Not Active, then click Submit.
Step 13
When you have finished making your changes, click Update, at the bottom of the SD Settings panel. The panel closes.
