Summary Manage users, in the System Administration menu, has four tabs: Manage Security for user details, Manage Errors for users with missing details, Review performance for each user's task record, and Security permissions for who holds each security role.
Finding and updating users
Step 1
On your dashboard, open System Administration and click Manage users. It opens on Manage Security.
Step 2
Find users with the boxes at the top: first name, last name, preferred name, user name, site, department, job role or supervisor. Tick True or False under Active to see active or inactive users.
Step 3
Each user is a row you can change: department, job title, supervisor, H&S officer, site, whether they are a Pat Lite user, their dashboard type and their schedule (not before, not after, and the days of the week).
Step 4
Click SUBMIT to save your changes. The Excel icon beside it exports the list.
Users with missing details
Step 1
Click Manage Errors. It lists users whose missing details stop PaT escalating their tasks and applying their modules.
Step 2
Missing details can be a role, an active supervisor, a site or an H&S officer. Fill them in on the row and click Submit.
Review performance
Step 1
Click Review performance. For each user it shows the share of tasks completed on time, deferred, completed late and overdue now.
Step 2
Search by first name, last name or user name, and choose active or inactive users.
Security roles
Step 1
Click Security permissions to see the security roles and who holds them. Administrators gives access to System Administration, and SOPPaC_Designer gives access to Module Admin.
Step 2
Other roles cover bulletin board moderation and health and safety register updates, and SaaS Admin email updates and score resets. Click refresh beside a role to list its users.
