Summary Process Categories is a tab of Company Structure, in the System Administration menu that only administrators see. It reads from left to right: the process owners, each owner's processes grouped by module type, and the modules in the process you pick. To find and manage modules across every process, see Module Admin: finding and managing modules.
Steps
Step 1
On your dashboard, open System Administration, click Company Structure, then click the Process Categories tab.
Step 2
Process Owner lists the owners of the company's processes, each with its head of department (HOD). An owner's HOD is chosen in the Dept. & Roles tab, under Department.
Step 3
Click a process owner. Process Category lists its processes grouped by module type, such as Concepts, Policies, SOP and Archived, with the number of processes of each type.
Step 4
Click a module type to open it, then click a process. Modules lists the modules in that process.
Step 5
The edit icon beside a process opens Edit this Process category title, with the name and a Done button. Close the box with its X to leave the name as it is.
Step 6
A process with no modules also has a minus icon, for deleting it. As the column's note says, a category can only be deleted once it has no modules.
Step 7
Modules groups the modules by order of precedence (OOP level). Each module shows whether it is public, how many users have it, its content owner and role, when it was last updated and by whom, its recertification cycle and count, and whether it escalates, with the initial and repeat days.
Step 8
On the right of each module, the page icon opens its document and the magic pen opens it in the Module Publisher, in a new window.
Step 9
At the top of Modules, the plus icon (add a module) creates a new module in the chosen process, and the upload icon is bulk upload PDF files.
Step 10
As the column's note says, a module is archived by swiping left on it. Archived modules are listed under the Archived type, in Archived Modules.
