Summary LMS Metrics shows how the company is doing with employee training. It shows the company's module certification, Health and Safety certification, Task Integrity and audit compliance as percentages, a line graph of its weekly compliance, and a bar graph of compliance that you can filter by role, department, person or branch, to see where training or support is needed. It is available to users with SOPPaC Admin security settings.
Steps
Introduction. LMS (Learning Management System) metrics focus on module certification progress. Tracking them helps you assess how the company is performing in employee training. Filtering the data by role, department, person and branch shows strengths and areas for improvement, so you can make sure employees have the skills they need to succeed.
Step 1
Click the toggle switch in the row of icons at the top right of the screen, between the gauge and the headset. The tile view opens, with your tiles at the top and a list of sections below them.
Step 2
In the list of sections, click Learning Management System (LMS) to expand it. Its row of tiles appears under it.
Step 3
Only users with SOPPaC (Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Concepts) Admin security settings have access to the LMS Panel on their PaT profile. The feature is restricted to people with the right access level, so that only authorised people can manage and interact with these admin settings.
Step 4
Click the LMS Metrics tile, the first tile on the left, with a gauge on it. The metrics open below the row of tiles.

Step 5
The four rings at the top left show the company's percentages for module certification, H&S certification, Task Integrity and Audit Compliance. Their labels read Company Compliance, H&S Compliance, Task Integrity and Audit Compliance.
Step 6
Below the rings, the Company Compliance History line graph shows the company's weekly compliance.
Step 7
On the right, a bar graph shows the company's compliance. It shows compliance by role automatically, and you can filter it by department, person or branch instead, with the four buttons above it: By Role, By Dept, By Person and By Branch. When you click a button, the bar graph updates. Steps 8 to 11 show what each filter is good for.

Step 8
Click By Role, the first button, to see compliance levels for each job function. It helps you find which roles may need more training or support.
Step 9
Click By Dept, the second button, to filter by department. It shows compliance trends within specific teams, so you can target interventions and allocate resources.
Step 10
Click By Person, the third button, for a detailed view of each employee's compliance. It allows for personalised feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Step 11
Click By Branch, the fourth button, to filter by branch. It helps you assess compliance across different locations, making it easier to find regional strengths and weaknesses.
