Summary The Form Wall brings your forms together in one place, and you open it from Global Search. Its Forms tab shows the Service Portal, with the forms you've submitted, which you can filter and open, and every live form in your tenancy, grouped by department. The Dashboards tab shows the dashboards you're part of, with your favourites at the top, and the Queues tab shows the queues your forms belong to.
Steps
Introduction. The Form Wall is a quick way to reach the forms you create, view the responses they generate, and take action, all in one place. Its organised view makes it quicker to track submissions, manage responses and take the actions needed, without moving between different sections.
Step 1
Click Global Search, the purple button at the top right of the screen. The Global Search panel opens on the right.
Step 2
At the bottom of the panel, click Form Wall. The Form Wall opens in a new tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3
Use the three tabs at the top left, Forms, Dashboards and Queues, to move between your forms, your dashboards and your queues. The Form Wall starts on Forms.
The Forms tab
Step 4
The Service Portal fills the middle of the screen. Under its filters, the Tickets table lists all the forms you've submitted before, so you can review and check your past submissions.
Step 5
To narrow the list, use the three boxes at the top of the Service Portal: Select your ticket type (To Do, To Manage or All), Select your Ticket Source (the SD template the form is in) and Select to show tickets by WIP or Completed (work in progress or completed tickets).
Step 6
To see a form's responses, click its number in the Ticket column.
Step 7
The completed form opens over the list, with its answers filled in and a Close link at its top right.
Step 8
The list on the left shows every form that is live in your tenancy and available for everyone to use, grouped by department. Each department is a purple bar that starts "DEPT:". The Company Structure: departments, job titles and roles module shows how to set up these departments.
Step 9
Swipe left on a form (an SD form template) in that list to show its EDIT and VIEW buttons. EDIT lets you change the form's department and template description, and VIEW shows the SD form template. To open a new blank form, click the round + on the form's entry instead.
The Dashboards tab
Step 10
Click the Dashboards tab at the top left. The my Dashboards list opens on the left.
Step 11
The list shows the dashboards you're part of through your SD templates, with your favourites at the top under Favourites. To add a dashboard to your favourites, click the star at the right of its name.
Step 12
Click a dashboard in the list to show it in the middle of the screen.
The Queues tab
Step 13
Click the Queues tab at the top left. The my Queues list opens on the left.
Step 14
The list shows all the queues you're part of through the parent SD template, each with the name of its form underneath. Everything in the list sits under my Queues.
Step 15
At the bottom of the list, the forms with no Queue section lists forms with no parent SD assigned. SDs need a parent SD so that they don't get lost and stay easy to find. From this list you can manage SD form templates and make sure each one is linked to a parent SD.
Step 16
Click a queue in my Queues to open its SD template.
Step 17
The SD opens in the middle of the screen, showing the form results as SD rows.
Step 18
To see one result in full, click the cog icon at the right end of its row.
Step 19
The filled-in form opens in its own tab at the top of the screen, showing that result.
Tip. You can move between the Forms, Dashboards and Queues tabs at the top left of the Form Wall at any time.
