Create a new SD

Summary You create a new SD (Strategy Document) from the plus icon, the round + button at the bottom of the screen. Choose the strategy icon, give the SD a name, and either pick a template or leave it blank, then click Submit.

Steps

Step 1

Click the plus icon, the round + button at the bottom centre of the screen. A fan of round icons opens above it.

Step 2

Select the strategy icon (crosses, circles and an arrow) to create a new Strategy Document. It is second from the left in the fan, between the tick in a box and the green tag; when you point at it, its label reads Create a new Strategy Document. The Create an SD box opens in the middle of the screen.

Step 3

In SD Name, at the top of the box, enter a name for your SD.

Step 4

To build the SD from an existing template, choose one from the Template list, under SD Name. If you don't select a template, leave the list on No Template and the SD starts off blank. Once you are done, click Submit, at the bottom left of the box. The new SD opens in its own tab at the top of the screen, with its name on the tab.
