The org chart

Summary The org chart (organigram) is a tab of Company Structure, in the System Administration menu that only administrators see. It draws the company three ways: by supervisor, by department or by role. Only active staff are shown.

Steps

Step 1

On your dashboard, open System Administration, click Company Structure, then click organigram.

Step 2

Click Refresh by Supervisor, Refresh by Dept or Refresh by Role to draw the chart that way.

Step 3

By Supervisor shows who reports to whom. By Dept shows each department with its people. By Role shows the roles.

Step 4

Double-click a box to collapse or expand the part below it, and hover over a box to see the department or the supervisor.
